The Sticker Labeling Machine is a fully automatic labeling solution designed for applying self-adhesive and pressure-sensitive labels to bottles and containers. It supports a wide range of labeling configurations, including single-side and double-side labeling on flat bottles, three-side and four-side wrap-around labeling on square bottles, and full-wrap, front-and-back symmetrical and fixed-position labeling on round bottles.
With an ABB high-power label feeding motor, ABB servo drive and closed-loop label feeding control, the machine can achieve a label stopping accuracy of up to 0.2 mm. A high-speed LEUZE photoelectric sensor provides fast product detection, while the mechanical rotary positioning system helps maintain accurate product orientation during labeling.
