The Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine is a fully automatic pressure-sensitive labeling solution designed for bottles and containers requiring precise, stable and flexible label application. It is suitable for multi-sided, wrap-around and positioning labeling applications, including flat bottles, square bottles and round bottles.
Using a high-performance ABB servo drive system, closed-loop label feeding control and high-speed LEUZE product detection sensors, the machine provides accurate label positioning with a label stopping accuracy of up to 0.2 mm.
The equipment supports multiple labeling configurations, including single-side and double-side labeling on flat bottles, three-side and four-side wrap-around labeling on square bottles, and full-wrap, front-and-back symmetrical or fixed-position labeling on round bottles.
As a fully automatic self adhesive labeller, the machine can operate continuously without dedicated personnel monitoring each labeling cycle.
