The machine combines intelligent bottle detection, encoder-controlled label feeding, continuous label output, vacuum drum transfer and hot melt adhesive application into an integrated labeling process.
Designed for OPP label applications, this Hot Melt Glue Labeling Machine can handle both round and square bottles, making it suitable for beverage, food, household chemical and other high-volume packaging operations.
The system is engineered to minimize manual intervention while maintaining stable label feeding and accurate product positioning throughout continuous production.
