The Horizontal Round Bottle Labeling Machine is designed for automatic labeling of small-diameter round and cylindrical products that cannot stand upright during labeling. It supports both half-wrap and full-wrap labeling and is suitable for ampoules, oral liquid bottles, injection vials, pen tubes, correction fluid containers, small batteries, solid glue sticks, and other cylindrical products.
The machine adopts a Siemens PLC and servo motor closed-loop control system, with a Chinese and English touchscreen interface for simple operation and stable labeling performance. A 750W high-power servo motor is used for label feeding, with a label feeding speed of up to 60 m/min, helping achieve precise and consistent label application.
An automatic feeding system and specially designed inclined roller conveyor ensure that products enter the labeling station accurately. The integrated feeding and labeling process improves automation and production efficiency. A specialized rubbing mechanism helps ensure smooth label application while reducing label lifting and air bubbles.
