The machine features a Chinese and English touchscreen control system and adopts a Siemens PLC with servo motor closed-loop control, ensuring stable high-speed labeling performance and simple operation. A 750W high-power, high-torque, ultra-low-inertia servo motor is used for label feeding, with a label feeding speed of up to 60 m/min, providing precise and consistent label delivery.
According to different product shapes and labeling requirements, customized conveying and product positioning mechanisms can be designed to ensure accurate product positioning and labeling precision. The machine can operate independently or be integrated with a high-speed filling line to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs. Customized automated labeling systems are also available according to specific customer requirements.
